Blue Lake Dairy Group (owned by Australian Dairy Group) was established in 2015 in the pristine clean heart of Green Triangle Agricultural Region in the South East of South Australia.
Their state of the art plant specialises in developing market ready milk powder products for local and overseas markets. This is the highest dairy production area with the healthiest natural milk produced. The milk is rich in nutrients with cream contents of up to 4.0% and protein contents of up to 3.6%, this is 20-30% higher than any other region in Australia.
